25th march 1994 Card. Giovanni Saldarini Archbishop of the Metropolitan Church of Turin canonically recognizes as a private religious association.
A ministerial decree dating 4th March 1999, Turris Eburnea figures as registered as an Association under private law having its Headquarters in Turin and purposely registered at the Turin magistrates court chancery under the number 1/4/199 N° 1419
The 13th July 1999 Turris Eburnea is registered in the Volunteers regional Registry in Piedmont under the chapter Teaching & Culture.
